Why am I not seeing downloads analytics from Spotify?
Your host, or how you submitted your podcast to Spotify, may not activate Spotify "passthrough" automatically.
Please email podcasters-support@spotify.com and include the RSS feed URL of your podcast.
Example email message:
Dear Spotify team,
My Spotify listing does not appear to have RSS-pass-through activated.
Can you please activate RSS-pass-through for my podcast so that downloads are passed through to my analytics and hosting provider?
I agree for my podcast to fall under their licensor agreements.
My RSS feed URL is: [PASTE YOUR RSS FEED URL HERE]
My Spotify listing is: [PASTE YOUR SPOTIFY URL HERE]
